This sign I saw at the weekend in Emden in the car park opposite the Art Gallery. There were times anscheinaned a department store, Kaufhof, or something similar. The poster is in any case already dusty and a little food advertising, say it once diplomatically inappropriate. But of these old signs are many. They remind us of something that has passed and once was. Sometimes it's nice to be reminded of something. Sometimes not. I would hope we would have at several places as old memories, as some are worth that they think about them and remember. There are so courts and bodies evoke different memories. Sometimes they are beautiful, sometimes cruel, sometimes beautiful and sometimes very sad. But we should always allow these memories, because they are a part of who we are and our. Only with these conditions, the recall we, we have grown and become what we are today.
The exhibition was very fitting way: realism!
